President and Managing Partner
Jeff’s career spans decades including creating and leading the largest cell phone company in the United States (LA Cellular) with a sales force of over 2,000. His depth of knowledge and veteran leadership will carry Soterus1 into a very prosperous future.
Michael Free
General Manager
Mike’s automotive career began in 1992. He has held positions of salesperson, sales manager, F&I manager, general sales manager, fleet and commercial director and minority owner. He was recognized by Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, and Nissan as a specialist for struggling stores and returning them to profitability. In 2006, Michael moved to the vendor side of the business with Capital Automotive and DataDot Dealer Services, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Michael created Capital Processing Systems in 2012 as a third party administrator of F&I products. Outside of their direct stores, CPS provided products and services to Resource Automotive Group (The Warranty Group), JM&A, Ethos Group, EFG, Ally Financial, SafeGuard Products, Leader Automotive Resources and Sym-Tech Dealer Services. Michael is an international lecturer for IAATI (International Association of Automotive Theft Investigators) and has trained thousands of law enforcement personnel.
